Medalist 450

The Medalist 450 Heavy Duty Power Wheelchair provides heavy duty mobility for users up to 450lbs.  The Medalist has a comfortable, durable Captain’s chair with deep-Contoured cushions and backs that have seats that come in 22″ and 24″ wide selections.  The Fold-down backrest and height adjustable headrest add to the comfort of the user.  The Medalist has 14″ Drive Wheels for easy indoor and outdoor use and freewheel operation which allows the chair to be pushed, making transport easier.

The Medalist HD Power Wheelchair has a 15 mile range and a max speed of 4mph. The Heavy Duty Medalist has padded armrests that flip up to make transfers easier. The standard footplate can be flipped up out of the user’s way and adjusted in height and angle for a better fit. The ActiveCare Medalist comes with a programmable controller with common connectors that is easy to service and setup and can be personalized for individuals with special needs. The Adjustable Length controller mount can be attached to either the left or right armrest and can be fitted with an optional swingaway arm for additional flexibility.
