What Can Be Returned? 

30-Day Peace of Mind: 

  • Unused, unopened items in their original packaging (with tags and seals intact) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Just give us a heads-up! We’ll need your order number or receipt. 

Urgent Issues? 

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll rush a replacement or refund. 

What Can’t Be Returned? 

We care deeply about safety and hygiene, so we can’t accept: 

  • Opened disposable supplies (like catheters, syringes, or wound care items). 
  • Custom-made equipment (e.g., mobility scooters tailored to your needs). 
  • Items damaged after delivery due to accidents or misuse. 

We will always explain why if a return isn’t possible, no surprises.

How to Return an Item?

  • Tell us your order number and what’s going on we will listen! 

Get Your RA Number: 

  • We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your package. 

Pack It Up: 

  • Securely repackage the item with all original parts and paperwork.

  Shipping Costs: 

  •   For mistakes on our end (damaged/defective items), we’ll cover shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges 

Refunds: 

  • Processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. 
  • You Will get your money back via your original payment method or store credit your choice! 

Exchanges: 

  • Need a replacement? We’ll prioritize your order to minimize downtime. 

Warranties: We have Got Your Back 

  • Mobility Scooters: Covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing issues. 
  • Hospital Equipment: Warranty details vary by brand—check your product manual or ask us! 
  • If something goes wrong, call us first. We’ll handle repairs or connect you with the manufacturer. 

Special Situations? We Understand. 

Medical Emergencies: 

  • If equipment failure impacts care, call us immediately. We’ll work around the clock to help. 

Short Expiration Dates: 

  • Accidentally sent a product expiring soon? We’ll replace it at no cost.
